My growth journey Joining Launchpad has been one of the most transformative experiences in my growth journey. What started as curiosity quickly became a powerful opportunity to develop skills that extend far beyond the classroom. Through this platform, I have learned how to build a personal brand, networking, and increase my productivity by setting goals and managing my time more effectively, isolating unwanted stimuli to enter into flow. More importantly, Launchpad has helped me develop essential 21st century skills that would help to shape both my academic success and future professionalism. I strengthened my literacy skills improving how I communicate, analysing information and expressing ideas clearly. I developed learning skills such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and flexibility. Most impactful of all were the life skills: leadership, initiative, resilience, and confidence.
